Booking Policy

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead for bridal mehndi and during peak seasons.

Advance Payment

Important: Advance payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

When you book our services, an advance payment may be required. This advance is not refundable under any circumstances. Please confirm your booking date and time carefully before making payment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The advance payment can be adjusted for a new date but cannot be refunded.

Service Guarantee

We provide 100% colour guarantee using premium quality henna. The final color depends on individual skin type and proper aftercare. We provide detailed aftercare instructions with every service.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivity

We use natural henna. However, if you have known allergies or sensitive skin, please inform us before the application. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.

Service Hours

Our shop operates from 11:00 AM to 09:00 PM, 7 days a week including Sundays. Home service hours may vary based on location and booking.

Payment Terms

Payment can be made in cash or through digital payment methods. Full payment is due at the completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
